Add new Storage Repository using FC HBA in XenServer

List every XenServer host in th e Pool and their corresponding UUID
with

• "xe host-list"

Discovering a newly mapped LUN from multiple XenServer Hosts requires the following command issued from the Master XenServer for all XenServer Hosts in the Pool in order to see all the paths before Discovery of the LUN from the XenCenter GUI
  

• "xe sr-probe type=lvmohba host-uuid=[UUID]"

Error Message "Error Code: SR_BACKEND_FAILURE_107" can be ignored

Select           XenServer Host > Storage > New Storage Repository
Select    "Hardware HBA"  >  NEXT
Select     the appropriate LUN on which to create the SR  >  Finish
Click "Yes" to format the Disk
