How to move a VM between two XenServer Pools using a temporary SR

1. Create a volume on a shared storage device available to both pools based on the size of the largest VM
2. Create a temporary SR on the old pool that attaches to that volume
3. Once complete, detach the temporary SR from the old pool
4. Create a temporary SR on the new pool that attaches to the same volume (don’t format)
5. Once complete, detach the temporary SR from the new pool
6. Reattach the temporary SR to the old pool only
7. Shut down the VM to be moved
