Configure RDS Licensing in single Windows Server 2012

If you try to configure RDS Licemsing in a single Windows Server 2012 RDS Server without installing a RD Connection Broker you getting the following screen in Servermanager

 
To configure licensing mode do the following:

start cmd promt
> gpedit <enter>
search for
Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Remote Desktop Services -> Remote Desktop Session Host -> Licensing

and change

"Use the specified RD license servers" = yourRDSlicenseServer
"Set the Remote Desktop licensing mode" = Per User
